It is often stated that we eat with our eyes first. Our initial connection with food is through sight, which can significantly influence our appetite and desire to consume the food. The textures, colors, and presentation of food can stimulate our appetite and enhance our overall enjoyment, a lesson we were taught by our mother. A meal crafted from a vibrant and visually appealing assortment of fruits, vegetables, and nuts can be particularly enticing.

What You'll Need:
Pick any fruits, veggies, or nuts you like.
How to Prepare It:
Go for the brightest fruits and veggies you can find. Always give them a good wash before you slice or eat them. Lay everything out on a platter, rotating tray, or charcuterie board to make a stunning centerpiece for your table.
Dressings:
Prepare a vegetable dressing by combining vegan salad dressing with 1/4 tablespoon of fresh lime juice and a pinch of thyme or any preferred herb or spice. For a fruit dressing, mix non-dairy vanilla yogurt with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice.
Storage:
Keep your fruits and veggies fresh up to a week by storing them in the fridge in airtight containers. Store the dressings in airtight containers in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Store the nuts in their original packaging, containers, or zipper bags in the pantry or a cabinet.
Always consult your healthcare providers and/or nutritionist concerning diet changes, proper nutrition, lifestyle changes, weight loss and/or exercise programs! Many blessings on your life's journey! OLG
