Refunds and Returns

Important Terms, Conditions, and Information Concerning Hair Products and Anointing Oil:

 

Shipping: Once the package is verified as delivered by the courier, we do not issue refunds and do not accept returns due to safety and health reasons. See below for exception of products damaged during shipping.

 

Product, product ingredients, labels, packaging, prices, and/or availability are subject to variations, changes and/or discontinuance without prior notice.

Important Terms, Conditions, and Information Concerning Books:

 

Shipping: Once the package is verified as delivered by the courier, we do not issue refunds or accept returns, except in the case of damaged products (see below). All books, book prices, and/or availability are subject to variations, changes and/or discontinuance without prior notice.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS: Sometimes shipping containers will show some wear and tear without damage to the items in the shipment. However, any product(s) that may have been damaged or destroyed during shipment, DO NOT discard the shipping container(s), the product(s) packaging, the product(s) contents, and the product(s) container(s). You will need to return those items to qualify for a refund of the amount you paid or replacement of product(s). No replacements or refunds unless damaged or destroyed items are returned to us. Any shipping charges you incur returning the item(s) ordered will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Please CONTACT us Mondays through Fridays (between the hours of 10am-4pm Eastern Standard Time--excluding USA holidays and the following days: January 8, February 21, April 21, December 11.) for further instructions on how to return damaged product(s), product(s) contents (if possible), product(s) packaging, and shipping container(s). Thank you.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: When ordering, be sure to include your name and mailing address for shipping and your email address to receive tracking information. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct mailing address and email address when ordering. Before finalizing your order, check that you have entered correct information. We can not be held responsible for items or tracking information delivered to incorrect addresses. 

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the redelivery costs of any packages returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST,  STOLEN, or MISSING  PACKAGES: We not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided and entered by the customer for an order. After we have inquired and confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, the date of delivery, the shipping carrier information, and the tracking information, this information will be provided to the customer to investigate. The customer and buyer of the product(s) will be responsible for filing a claim of theft, missing or lost packages with the United States Postal Service or other Courier for further investigation. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, OR CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN ORDERS THAT ARE CONFIRMED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IN AN ORDER BY THE CUSTOMER/BUYER.

Other than exceptions outlined in the above paragraph concerning Damaged Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
